As I was returning home, with no stoker, a little boy aged about 3 or 4 said "Hey I've never seen a bike like that before!"

Decimal to DMS and vice versa

DMS to Decimal
To convert minutes to decimal degrees, divide by 60
To convert seconds to decimal degrees, divide by 3600
Then add the two together and write it after the degrees.
Decimal to DMS
Multiply the decimal by 60 and the whole number part is the number of minutes. Then multiply the decimal part of that by 60 and round to the nearest unit to get the number of seconds

I notice that there has been a motion in the House of Commons in the UK on why there is a disparity between helmet-wearing and a reduction in head injuries.

Thanks for your inquiry. I don't really build custom frames anymore. I've pretty much retired from framebuilding due to the time constraints of running two bicycle shops. There are plenty of framebuilders in the US, but some of the best touring bikes around are built in England. The pricing on British frames is pretty good due to the fact that Reynolds tubing is made there, and the exchange rates aren't as unfavourable as the US dollar.

Hi Andrew,
Reynolds no longer makes 853 stays, only main tubes. I can use Reynolds 725 (a heat-treated 4130
steel) for the stays, although true temper offers platinum (an air-hardening steel similar to 853)
chainstays and seatstays.
I don't have any prefered wheel builders in town but straight up cycles seems to be the most
knowledgable when it comes to road bikes.

Reynolds also used to have a certification programme, but they've abandoned it now.
